You may be able to save on your prescription by enrolling in the COMBIVENT RESPIMAT Savings Card Program.*
To be eligible, you must meet the following criteria:
- You are currently a resident of the United States, including the District of Columbia, or Puerto Rico
- You must be at least 18 years of age
- Your prescriptions are not paid in part or full by any state or federally funded program, including but not limited to Medicare or Medicaid, Medigap, VA, DOD, or TriCare

With a COMBIVENT RESPIMAT Savings Card, eligible patients 18 years or older may pay as little as $10/month with a maximum savings up to $50/monthly prescription, for up to 6 prescriptions of COMBIVENT RESPIMAT. Eligible patients must pay for any costs beyond the $50 maximum savings for each monthly prescription. Eligible patients may re-enroll for additional 12-consecutive-month periods by reactivating expired card, on or before 12/31/2018.. If you live in Massachusetts or California, card expires on the earlier date of 12/31/2018, or date AB-rated generic equivalent is available. One card per patient, not transferrable, and cannot be combined with any other offer. Program not health insurance.
